The annual Startup Nation Standards (SNS) Scoreboard provides an overview of Europe’s startup policies by tracking the adoption and implementation of the eight Startup Nation Standards (SNS) across European countries.

The SNS Scoreboard thus provides a user-centred interactive view of the ESNA monitoring system for the eight standards. The scores provided reflect specific measures and policies that align with its goals, offering an implementation-focused view. Such distinction underscores the SNS Scoreboard purpose as a policy-tracking resource.

The Scoreboard monitoring system is based on a robust methodology, characterised by the analysis of data collected annually from ESNA Members through appointed Focal Points. As a result, it provides a comprehensive and clear overview of how participating countries are progressing towards a strong startup ecosystem.
